Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny March. 3 50, 1950) is an iconic American actress. She gained prominence between the end of the 1970s and early 1980s by playing in numerous television shows that generally featured glamorous looks. Fairchild started her acting career in 1973-77 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow show, a daytime soap that starred Jennifer Pace. The first actress to portray Jenna Wade, she made her TV debut on CBS's soap opera for daytime Dallas in the year 1978. Later she landed a leading role on her role in the NBC series Flamingo Road (1980), that earned her an Golden Globe Award as Best Actress in a Television Series - for that show. She co-starred on ABC's shortlived show, a primetime drama Paper Dolls. In the following season, from 1985-1986 she played the lawyer Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild performed on stage and appeared as a guest on television series like Murphy Brown. (For which she received a nomination for Primetime Emmy Award nominee for the best Comedy Series Guest Actress) Roseanne and Cybill. She also serves as an SAG-AFTRA Board member. In the community theater, Lawson began acting when she was eight. Following her graduation from a girls-only Catholic secondary school. Maggie Lawson was only eight when she started acting in stage productions. Then, she relocated to Los Angeles and shot her first TV pilot at the age of fifteen. When she was 15, she relocated to Los Angeles in search of her first television pilot.
